Shipping

What shipping companies do you use?

All of our orders are currently shipped by UPS.

How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?

Products are typically ship within 48 hours of your order being placed, Monday through Friday. Shipping times may be delayed during Holiday periods.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes! For expedited shipping please contact us so we can discuss the best options and costs for your shipping needs.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to the USA, Mexico and Canada. For orders to Canada and Mexico, please contact us via email to coordinate international shipping.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your incubators?

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer warranties or guarantees on select models of incubators. These warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period from the date of purchase. Please refer to the product listing or contact our customer support team for details on warranty coverage and terms.

Can I sign up for email alerts about upcoming sales or promotions?

Yes, we have an email sign up on our site that you can use to receive special offers and information regarding new products.

Can I purchase replacement parts or accessories for my incubator?

Yes, we offer a selection of replacement parts and accessories for our incubators to ensure they remain in optimal working condition. If you need a specific part or accessory, please contact our customer support team for assistance with ordering.

Do you accept Tax Exempt orders?

Yes, we do. In order to qualify as tax exempt, we will need an emailed copy of your W-9 prior to processing your order.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we do accept purchase orders. Please contact us with your order information and we can work with you regarding your shipment, delivery, and payment terms.

What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, PayPal and American Express We do also accept checks but we ask that you contact us before sending a check so we can provide a quote and have a heads up that a check is on its way. With checks we do not release the order and ship the order until the check has cleared the bank.
